Ultimatum : Last Date For Project Seminar Is 3-05-2010

Oh James, when will you learn to.. deliver seminars on time? Says our HoD, Mr. Qaseem. Yes CSE final year mortals, our main project seminars have been going on for about a week now, and yet not all my mates have dealt with that do-it-or-lose-it formality.

So, the management has finally decided to contain the dates for delivering main project seminars (applies to the ones who've not delivered the seminar yet) and it's 3rd of May, 2010.

Do not miss it, 'coz if you do, you won't stand a chance again and you certainly don't like losing marks, do you?

Have a nice time, everybody.

Upcoming : Get Together @ Banquet Hall - What Say?

Our final year at the college has almost come to an end. Just a couple of days for exams, a day for the final viva and done. Everybody is out and then life gets busy. We make promises to keep in touch but no body really lives up to that word. At least not the ones I know, perhaps even myself.

During our very last few days with our college friends, we've decided to organize a casual get together at a Banquet Hall with in the city limits. Don't jump too high yet, 'coz we are yet to finalize the venue and this Sunday (2-5-2010) is being pinned for the event.

We'll be blessed with the luxury of dining with our friends and of course faculty, sharing some light moments, for the first and the last time through out our course. And most importantly, it'll be an unforgettable get together , hopefully.

So, what do you say, friends? Shall we get started? Do let us know your opinions and suggestions in the comments below.

Thanks, everyone!

Project Seminar At CMC : Revise Your Basics

Hi people, sorry couldn't post any articles for a couple of days. But hey, I've got a news for you. Now. CMC Ltd. will be conducting our project seminars on or before 30th of April (obviously this year).

Not much to worry guys, just revise your basics about the technologies (Java, networking or such) used in your projects and try to understand the concepts employed in coding. That's all.

Do not miss it, 'coz our seminar performance reports will be sent to the HoD by CMC, which will certainly contribute to our final project grades. Remember that.

So, dust yourself, rev up these basics and get going. Should be seeing you there. Keep Smiling. :)

Main Project Seminars : Day Two

Day 2, and I missed the seminar today. Tried hard to shrug it off my shoulders but couldn't. The presentation was incomplete, had to get the document bounded, but in vain, things were so confusing.

But, that does not stop others from moving ahead. Does it? That's why, there were a few, actually many others who delivered their project seminars today. I, and the rest of them, have a chance again, tomorrow, same timings, same venue.

Good Luck, chums :)

Keep Smiling...C ya there.

Main Project Seminars : Day One

Monday, when everyone of us was supposed to be standing in sweat in the seminar hall, babbling out explanation and trying to impress the faculty with our project work (for fetching good marks ;)), we were sitting in our cozy sofas, lazily and watching that arresting DLF IPL highlights episode.

So, what happened in college today? Well, a few good people turned up for the seminars, battled their confidence before the examiner, spoke out all they could about the project and walked back....taking loads of praise, valuable suggestions and critical appreciation from the supreme authority present through the course of the seminar - Asma Ma'm.

And Day 1 came to an end, with really less number of teams delivering their seminars and winding up.

But those of you, who missed the day just like me, we'll find a chance tomorrow....to deliver the seminar, win some good marks....and earn a little smile for ourselves.

Congratulations to those who are done, and lucky wishes to everyone else for tomorrow's seminar.

Keep Smiling buddies....Good Luck!

Hey Everybody, Here We Go, Live!

Hey, all my loved ones, you know, we have been missing this bridge of communication for a long while, so I've created this blog to keep ourselves updated about all the happening in the college (don't get wicked ;) - primarily for the purpose of mutually helping ourselves with the main project through the course.

Of course, the funnier and lighter side of our lives will soon find a place to be viewed our this blog, and as we proceed through, you'll be able to share things you want, of course, they ought to be fair, legitimate and not-too-personal.
So, keep smiling guys, stay tuned and keep coming for more!

Yours,
-Shahbaaz.
